Developmental and Competitive Team
Girls only - Invitation only
Gymini follows the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program for all of our developmental and competitive team programs. This competitive program is by invite only and to qualify for a competitive team, all gymnasts must meet a criteria of skills.
Developmental Team
This invitation only program is designed for students ages 4-7 and is the first step to our competitive team. We have 2 levels to our Developmental Team. This program competes in 3 mini meets around the Nashville area.
Level 1
Ages 4-6
Practice 2 days a week for one hour
Level 2
Ages 6-7
Practice 2 days a week for two hours
Compulsory Team
Level 2-5
The Compulsory Team competes at USA Gymnastics Sanctioned Meets in the Developmental Program. They practice 10-14 hours a week depending on the gymnast’s level. For more information contact Team Director, Coach Ian, at info@gyminiathletics.com
Optional Team
Level 6-10
The optional team competes at various USAG Competitions and practices 4 or 5 days a week with varying hours depending on the gymnast’s level.
