Tuition is Billed Monthly:

• Enrollment in automatic payment (auto-pay) is required for participation in classes. A valid credit or debit card must always be kept on file.

• Monthly tuition will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month.

• Auto-payments are processed regardless of attendance, holidays, or other closures.

• Customers may submit payment by cash or check prior to the scheduled auto-pay date to avoid the tuition charge to the card on file.

• A $15 late fee will be added to accounts with a balance that could not be collected by card.

 Gymini Athletics currently offers a money-back guarantee on the first DAY of   class:

• Before your child attends the first class, parents must sign all policies, set a credit or debit card up for automatic payment, and submit payment for the Annual Membership Fee and the first month of tuition. 

• We are confident you and your child will love our programs; however, if the class is not what you expect, please stop by the office immediately after the first class, and we will give you a full refund.

• Please note that the refund option is not available after you have left the gym.

• Some class time specific discounts

 Children should dress comfortably for all classes:

• Cotton shorts or pants and a t-shirt are acceptable. Girls may wear leotards, but they are not required!

• Please, no shorts or pants with buttons or zippers at the waist, and no jewelry.

• Longer hair should be pulled back.
