Heather Allen Crouch - Owner, Program Manager, Co-Founder
A Hendersonville native, Heather first began taking gymnastics classes at age 5. Heather competed in gymnastics for 6 years in Tennessee before changing to competitive cheerleading. She began teaching gymnastics during her sophomore year in high school and continued to teach in the summers while attending college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Heather graduated from Miami with a major in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. She continued her education at the University of Tennessee graduating with a Masters degree in Accounting. After graduation, Heather took to the world of public accounting, working as a CPA for 2 years. In August 2001, she opted for a change of pace and began to work full-time in a gymnastics facility as Office Manager and Instructor. After 7 years, she decided it was time to take on a new challenge and opened Gymini Athletics. At Gymini, Heather is responsible for the front office and customer accounts, the Gymini Competitive Team, instructing classes, and whatever else needs to be done! Heather is married with two children, and her daughter is currently a member of Gymini's competitive team.
Ms. Laney - Gymini Preschool Program Director, Birthday Party Director
Laney is a Hendersonville native and a graduate of Station Camp High School and currently attends MTSU. Laney was involved in gymnastics and cheer from preschool through middle school. She primarily focused on dance for more than 10 years and was captain of the Bison Belles dance team. She can be found teaching preschool classes, the Play to Learn to Grow program, and birthday parties. She loves working with the kids and helping them develop their gymnastics skills.
Ms. Arin - Gymini Recreational Program Director, Gymini Tumbling Program Director
Ms. Arin comes to us with twenty years of coaching experience--she started in high school and never stopped! Arin started gymnastics as a child and competed in Tennessee through high school. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance Sports Sciences and worked as a P.E. teacher for 6 years. She is married with two children, and her daughter is a member of Gymini’s Gym Bugs Developmental Team.
Ms. Katie - Gymini GymBug Program Director, Gymini GymStar Program Director
Ms. Katie began competitive gymnastics at 6 years old and continued competing through her senior year of high school. She was Gymini’s first official student, a member of our Inaugural Competitive Team, and the gym’s first Level 10 gymnast!
Ms. Becca - Gymini team coach, Gymini Personal Trainer
Ms. Becca is a Hendersonville native, graduate of Beech High School and was a member of Gymini's Inaugural Competitive Team. She finished her gymnastics career as a Level 9 and three time Regional qualifier. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Public Relations and Italian; she is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Becca started coaching at Gymini in high school after she retired from competing and is now one of our Competitive Team coaches.
Ms. Erin - Gymini Co-founder, Gymini class coach
Erin began her gymnastics career at age 6 and was a competitive gymnast for 6 years. Erin began teaching gymnastics during her junior year in high school. Erin graduated from MTSU with a degree in Marketing. Erin co-founded Gymini in 2009 and after stepping away from gym ownership, she remains on the coaching staff!
Ms. Megan - Gymini GymStar coach, Gymini class coach
is a former member of the Gymini Athletics Competitive Team. She competed through Level 8 before transitioning onto our coaching staff where she has taught recreational gymnastics and tumbling. Megan is currently a Freshman at Cumberland University majoring in Nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, and doing service projects with her sorority.
Ms. Julianna - Gymini Class Instructor
Ms. Julianna is a former member of Gymini’s Competitive Team where she competed through Level 9. She began coaching at Gymini in high school and currently works with our Recreational gymnastics program. Julianna is a student at Union University where she majors in Nursing specializing in Pediatrics. In her free time, Julianna like to work out, shop, and take her dogs for walks.
Ms. Julia- Gymini Class Instructor
Julia first joined Gymini as a tumbling student then began coaching in 2017. She is a senior at Station Camp High School. In her spare time, Julia likes to take pictures, go on roadtrips, and hang out with her friends. Julia can be found helping with our recreational gymnastics and the Gym Bugs Developmental Team.
Ms. Cassie - Gymini Team Coach, Gymini Class Instructor
Ms. Cassie spent most of her life in Washington where she did competitive gymnastics and began her coaching career. She graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in photography before relocating to Tennessee with her husband. Cassie is part of our Gym Bugs Developmental Team and Recreational Gymnastics programs. In her free time, she likes to hike, craft, spend time with family and friends, and take naps!
Ms. Faith - Gymini Team Coach, Gymini Class Instructor
Faith is a Junior and a former member of Gymini’s Competitive team where she competed through Level 7. In her free time, Faith likes to listen to music and hang out with friends. She is active in her church’s youth department and loves going on mission trips to Haiti.
Ms. Jenna - Gymini Class coach
Jenna is a student at Station Camp High School. She can be found teaching in our Recreational, Preschool, and Tumbling programs. In her free time, Jenna likes to hang out with friends.
Ms. Ellie - Gymini Class coach
Ellie first joined Gymini Athletics as a member of our competitive team where she competed through Level 7. She is a student at Beech High School where she is part of the cheerleading squad. Ellie does a little bit of everything at Gymini and can often be found with our Recreational, Tumbling, and Preschool students!
Ms. Kate - Gymini Class coach
Ms. Kate is originally from Michigan and moved to Tennessee with her family in 2012. Ms. Kate has bachelors degrees in both Technical Writing and Cognitive Impairment. She predominantly teaches in our Preschool program but can sometimes be found with our Recreational students. Ms. Kate has three daughters who are part of our recreational, developmental, and competitive teams.

Becky - Customer Service Representative
Becky is originally from Evansville, IN and relocated to the Hendersonville area in 2011 for her husband's employment. She resides in Gallatin with her husband and three beautiful daughters. Becky graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1999 with a BS in Computer Information Systems. Prior to relocating, Becky worked almost 17 years for a national finance company doing finance and IT helpdesk support. She lends her many years of customer service experience to the Gymini office. Her middle child is part of our tumbling program.
