Heather Allen Crouch

Owner/Competitive Team Director

A Hendersonville native, Heather first began taking gymnastics classes at age 5. Heather competed in gymnastics for 6 years in Tennessee before changing to competitive cheerleading. She began teaching gymnastics during her sophomore year in high school and continued to teach in the summers while attending college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Heather graduated from Miami with a major in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. She continued her education at the University of Tennessee graduating with a Masters degree in Accounting. After graduation, Heather took to the world of public accounting, working as a CPA for 2 years. In August 2001, she opted for a change of pace and began to work full-time in a gymnastics facility as Office Manager and Instructor. After 7 years, she decided it was time to take on a new challenge and opened Gymini Athletics. At Gymini, Heather is responsible for the front office and customer accounts, the Gymini Competitive Team, instructing classes, and whatever else needs to be done! Heather is married with two children, and her daughter is currently a member of Gymini's competitive team.

 

Erin Herndon England

Owner/Competitive Team Director

A Hendersonville native, Erin began her gymnastics career at age 6 and was a competitive gymnast for 6 years. Erin began teaching gymnastics during her junior year in high school and continued to teach while attending college at Volunteer State Community College. Erin then transferred to MTSU to complete her degree in Marketing. After graduation, she returned to the Hendersonville area working as a Program Director, Internal Marketing Director, and an Instructor at a local gym. In 2009, Erin decided it was time for a change and joined Heather to create Gymini Athletics. At Gymini, Erin's duties include marketing, scheduling, staff management, instructing classes, and anything else that needs to be done! Erin is married with a little girl who is active in Gymin's Recreational Gymnastics Program!   

Ms. Becca Gymini Personal Trainor

Becca is a Hendersonville native, graduate of Beech High School and was a member of Gymini's Inaugural Competition Team in 2009. Becca had a great gymnastics career ending her career as a 3-time Regional Qualifier and Level 9 gymnast. Recently she graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Public Relations and Italian. Becca started coaching at Gymini shortly after she retired from competing and also coached at Premier Athletics in Knoxville. We are extremely excited for Becca to offer Personal Training times every morning at Gymini!  

Ms. Laney Gymini Preschool Program Director

Laney is a Hendersonville native and a graduate of Station Camp High School and currently attends Volunteer State. Laney was involved in gymnastics and cheer from preschool through middle school. She primarily focused on dance for more than 10 years and was captain of the Bison Belles dance team. She can be found teaching preschool classes, the Play to Learn to Grow program, and birthday parties. She loves working with the kids and helping them develop their gymnastics skills.

Ms. Aubrey Class Instructor/Event Lead

Aubrey is a Hendersonville native and graduate of Beech High School.  Aubrey has been involved in gymnastics for the majority of her life and participated in competitive gymnastics with Heather and Erin for 12 years.  She was one of Gymini's very first students and competed through Level 9!  Aubrey graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2014 with a degree in Social Work and is pursuing her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. In her spare time, Aubrey can be found playing with her dog Hemingway.    

Ms. Katrina- Level 2 Competitive Team Coach 

Katrina grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and moved to Hendersonville with her family in August of 2008. She was a competitive gymnast with Dynamo Gymnastics (aka home of Shannon Miller) for 6 years. Katrina competed at the local, regional and national level and was also involved in competitive dance. She was a member of the University of Tulsa dance team where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Katrina is excited to return to her passion of teaching gymnastics after spending 8 years in the executive recruiting field. She enjoys watching the children's faces light up when they learn a new skill and passing her love of gymnastics on to the next generation. Katrina can be found working in all aspects of Gymini, coaching GymBugs and Competitive Team classes and helping out with events. Katrina is married with 5 children. Her oldest is currently on the Gymini competitive team. She loves to brush up on her gymnastics skills from time to time!

 

Ms. Zoie- Class Instructor/Event Assistant

Gymini is excited to welcome Zoie to our staff!  Zoie started dance lessons at the young age of 4 and gymnastics at the age of 7! She was a student of Ms. Erin's from an early age and showed a great understanding of gymnastics.  She has transformed into a great instructor! Zoie cheered at KDDC, is a graduate of at Beech High School, and currently attends Volunteer State University. Zoie can be found working with all levels of our Recreational students, our SuperStars, and helps out with camps and events. 

 

 

Emily Adams Gymini Class Instructor

Emily joined our coaching staff while still training as a competitive gymnast for Gymini!  Emily is currently a student a Belmont University. Emily's gymnastics adventures began at the young age of 3 in Georgia. She first started competitive gymnastics at the age of 7 in Texas before joining the Gymini Competitive Team in 2009 as a member of our Inaugural Competitive Season! Emily was the All Around & Floor State Champion in 2012. Her favorite events to train are beam and floor.

Coach Mickey- Class Instructor

Mickey is originally from Evansville, IN and attended David Lipscomb University in Nashville. Micky brings over 15 years of gym management and gymnastics and tumbling coaching to Gymini.  Mickey is most often found with our tumbling classes, but from time to time can be found with our Preschool and Gymnastics classes. Mickey is married with three children. 

Ms. Kam - Class Instructor

Ms. Kam is a Hendersonville native with 7 years of tumbling experience. Kam is a junior at Station Camp High School and likes theatre, church, and green tea. Kam can be found working with our tumbling classes and some of our recreational gymnastics classes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ms. Megan - GymSquad Head Coach/Class Instructor

Ms. Megan is a Gallatin native with 10 years of gymnastics experience with Heather and Erin. Megan is a senior at Gallatin High School and likes volleyball, reading, and running. Ms. Megan is our GymSquad Head Coach and can also be found coaching in our recreational and developmental programs. 

 

 

Ms. Julianna - Class Instructor

Ms. Julianna is a Hendersonville native with 8 years of gymnastics experience. She balancing coaching with college classes and can most often be found with our recreational gymnastics program.

Ms. JuliaClass Instructor

Julia is currently a student at Station Camp High School, with 5 years of tumbling experience. In her spare time, Julia likes to take pictures, go on roadtrips, and hang out with her friends. Julia can be found helping with our gymnastics 1, 2, and 3 classes as well as tumbling classes.

Becky - Customer Service Representative

Becky is originally from Evansville, IN and relocated to the area in 2011 for her husband's employment.  She resides in Gallatin with her husband and three beautiful daughters.  Becky graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1999 with a BS in Computer Information Systems.  Prior to relocating, Becky worked almost 17 years for a national finance company doing finance and IT helpdesk support.  She lends her many years of customer service experience to the Gymini office.  Her middle daughter is currently in the gymnastics program and her youngest daughter is currently in the recreational gymnastics program

Laney Gymini Preschool Program Director/Customer Service Representative
