What are Gymini Athletics' office hours?

  • Monday and Wednesday - 9:00am-7:30pm

  • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 3:00pm-7:30pm

Where are you located?

  • Gymini is located at 332 Free Hill Road in Hendersonville. The Gymini drive is ONE WAY only. There is parking in the front, back and on the left side. The back parking lot door is a ground level entrance. 

What should my child wear to class?

  • Children should dress comfortably for all classes.

  • Cotton shorts or pants and a t-shirt are acceptable. Girls may wear leotards, but they are not required.

  • Please, no shorts or pants with buttons or zippers at the waist, and no jewelry.

  • Longer hair should be pulled back.

  • The Gym is heated and cooled so is typically a comfortable temperature. 

How can I register for classes?

  • Gymini Athletics runs classes year round on a pay by the month basis.

  • You may register for classes at any time using the sidebar on the Classes page, call 615-824-4644, email, or stop by the gym office.

  • If you register for classes in the middle of the month, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated.

  • When registering, please communicate to the staff any physical or mental  attributes your child may have to allow us to best instruct your child. 

What should I do before my child's first day of class?

1. Electronically Acknowledge Policies/Waivers

  • If you have not already, please go to and log in.  Sign in with your account’s primary email address.  If you do not know the password, please use the “Forgot Password” option.   Once logged in, acknowledge policies and procedures, waiver of liability, and billing authorization.  

2. Opt-in For Emails

  • While in your account, make sure you are opted in to receive emails from Gymini.  This is how we communicate info about your student, class alterations, gym closures for holidays/weather, and more!  If you are not opted in to our emails, you WILL miss out on vital information.  To make sure you are opted in, do the following:

    • While signed into your account click on My Account at the top & Account Information

    • From the next screen, scroll down to locate the PRIMARY email address and click the right arrow next to it.

    • Choose YES to the Receive Business Communications prompt.

3. Pay Tuition & Account Balance

  • Tuition for your first month as well as the annual fee has been added to your account.  If you are starting mid-month, these amounts have been prorated.  Prior to your first day, please follow the online payment instructions below to pay those charges.

  • Moving forward, tuition is charged monthly & due by the 1st of the month until you request to be dropped.  Please see our drop policy in the financial policies or our FAQ page.  Payment methods can be found below.

  • Class not what you expected? No problem! Stop by the main office immediately after the first class and we will 100% refund all charges and payments! No hassle, no worry!  Please note that the refund option is not available after you have left the gym.  Payments made with credit/debit card will be refunded to that card.

  • Were you referred to us by another Gymini customer?  Be sure to let us know when you enroll and BOTH families will receive a one-time $10 credit applied towards tuition.

4. We can't wait to see you at Gymini!

  • On the date of your child’s FIRST CLASS, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the front office.  We will verify we have received everything we need to complete your child's enrollment and show you to your class.

What are the payment options?

  • Current payment options include: auto credit card charge, online payment through our website, cash and check.  

Does Gymini offer any discounts for siblings or multiple classes? 

  • Gymini Athletics offers multi class discounts, sibling discounts, and some class time specific discounts.

When is my monthly tuition due?

  • Tuition is due by the 1st day of each month.

  • Auto Charge occurs on the 27th of each month for the next month's tuition (October tuition is auto charged on Sept. 27th). This date cannot be altered. 

  • A $15 late fee is applied to late paid accounts.

What if my account is not current at the end of the month?

  • If your account is not current by the last working day of the month, your child will be dropped from the class. In order to re-enroll, all charges on the account must be paid, and there must be an open slot still available in the class.

What is the Annual Membership Fee?

  • Gymini Athletics charges each family one $40 Annual Membership Fee each GYM year (May 1st - April 30th).

  • This fee is due at the time of registration and EACH May your child is enrolled for the new GYM year. 

  • There is only one membership fee charged per family regardless of the number of children.

What do I do if I feel my account charges are incorrect?

Does Gymini offer a free trial class?

  • Gymini Athletics currently offers a money back guarantee on the first DAY of class.

  • Before your child attends the first class, parents must digitally sign all policies and submit payment for the Annual Membership Fee and the first month of tuition. 

  • We are confident you and your child will love our programs, however, if the class is not what you expect, please stop by the office immediately after class and we will give you a full refund.

  • Please note that the refund option is not available after you have left the gym. 

What are Gymini Athletics’ gym area policies?

  • Parents are permitted to stay and watch any class at any time. (please review Covid-19 policies)

  • For the safety of your child and all children in the gym, children are not permitted in the gym area without the direct supervision of a Gymini staff member.  

  • Preschool parents are requested to remain in the facility while your child attends class.

  • Parents of students in our Play to Learn to Grow Program, Gym 1-5 classes, Tumbling classes, and GymBug classes can drop off the child in classes, however please be sure our office has your current cell phone number and your child knows what to do after class. 

What if there is inclement weather?

  • Gymini does not operate classes according to any specific school schedule.  

  • If we are closed due to inclement weather, information will be shared on our Facebook page and through emails sent to all parents with students actively enrolled in a class on the closed day.

  • The Gymini staff encourages you to use your best judgment regarding traveling to the gym in inclement weather. 

How does my child move into a different level or different class?

  • Your child's coach will determine when your child is ready to change to a different class level. Coaches are available for questions about progress before/after class time.

  • Preschool class move ups are mostly driven by age, however, coaches have the option to move prior to age guideline. You can transfer classes within the same level at any time, provided there is an opening in your new preferred class day and time.

  • If you are interested in Gymini's Recreational Team or Competitive Team, please contact the office. 

What if I do not see a class that meets my schedule?

  • Gymini Athletics is constantly reviewing its schedule for possible new class times.

  • If you do not see a class that meets your schedule, please contact us via the Contact us page or by calling the office at 615-824-4644.   We will keep your information in mind as we continue to add classes.

What do I need to do to withdraw from classes?

  • To request a drop, please submit a drop request via the Parent Portal (see steps below).  You will receive an email from our office once your request is processed.  You must request to withdraw before the 1st of the month in order for you to not be charged tuition. Please note, Gymini does not issue partial month tuition refunds.

To do a drop request via the Parent Portal:

  1.  Visit

  2.  Click on "Parent Login" at the top right side of the site.

  3.  Sign into your account (Your ID is the email address you provided Gymini.  If you do not recall your password, please use the "Forgot Password?" option).

  4.  Once logged in, click on "Enrollments" on the left.

  5.  Click on the "View Enrollment" button for the student you wish to drop.

  6.  Click the "Drop" button.

  7.  At the next screen, enter a drop date (Note:  Please provide an end of month date.  Gymini only drops as of the end of the month and we do not refund tuition on partially attended months.).

  8.  In the "Anything Else We Should Know?" box, please provide your drop reason.  If there is anything we we could have done differently, please let us know as we value your opinion and always strive to improve our programs.

Miscellaneous Items to Note

  • Gymini requires all families to have a current Participation and Liability Waiver on file. 
  • Please keep us updated on your current address and phone numbers.

  • Verify you have selected to "opt in" to receive emails from Gymini.

  • Gymini Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Bring valuable items at your own risk.
