Gymini is located at 332 Free Hill Road in Hendersonville. The Gymini drive is one way. There is parking in the front, back and on the left side. The front middle door is a ramp entrance. The back parking lot door is a ground level entrance.
Gymini does not offer a free class. However, there is no charge if your child attends their first class and does not wish to register. When your child loves the first class, we will collect the annual membership fee and the first month of tuition immediately. Moving forward you will be billed monthly.
- Gymini requires all families to have a current Participation and Liability Waiver on file.
Class registration accepted through website (preferred), by phone, email or in person AT ANY TIME! Yes, you can register mid-month!
Gymini bills on a monthly basis. Once enrolled, your account will be billed each month until a written drop notice is provided to the office. If you begin mid-month, your first tuition payment is pro rated. A mid-month withdraw requires a full month payment, so please provide drop request prior to the 1st.
Tuition is due by the 1st day of each month. A $15 late fee is applied to late paid accounts. .
- Active wear is best for classes. Comfortable shorts, pants, and t-shirts. Leotards are allowed but not required for girls. Jeans or shorts/pants with buttons are not allowed. Socks are not recommended.

You can transfer classes at any time!
Gymini has a 6:1 ratio for preschool classes and 5/6 year old Gymnastics 1. We have an 8:1 ratio for other Recreational and Tumbling classes.
Preschool class move ups are mostly driven by age, however, coaches have the option to move before birthday if progressing in the class. Tumbling and Recreational classes will skill chart every 5 weeks. When your child has successfully charted all skills required in the current class, the coach will alert the parent and the office of placement in the next class level. Coaches do have the ability to move children between chart weeks. Parents can ask coaches at any time about progress of their child.
Gymini offers auto draft of your checking or savings account and auto charge of your credit card. We accept cash, check or card in the office, can take a card over the phone and payments can be made through our website. Auto Draft and Auto Charge occurs on the 27th of each month for the next month's tuition (October tuition is auto drafted/charged on Sept. 27th). This date cannot be altered.
Gymini charges an Annual Membership Fee of $40 per family. This is due with May tuition if enrolled at that time or on the first day of classes if you enroll after May. The Annual Membership Fee is due every May for every family. Membership fee covers enrollment in classes for Gymini's year (May 1 - April 30).
Drop requests are accepted only through the parent portal.
Drop requests are due prior to the first day of the month or your account is charged for the month. For example: you can provide written drop information on March 31st and not be charged for April. Written drop information on April 10th will require payment for April tuition.
