- What are Gymini Athletics' office hours?
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Noon to 7:00pm and Friday 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
- How can I register for classes?
- Gymini Athletics runs classes year round on a pay by the month basis. You can register for classes at any time through the schedule page of our website, by calling (615-824-4644) or stopping by. If you register for classes in the middle of the month, your first month’s tuition will be adjusted to reflect only the classes remaining in that month.
- What are Gymini Athletics’ policies?

- Please remain in the viewing area while waiting for your child’s class or watching your child.
- Our instructors are dedicated to timely classes. Please help us by making every attempt to drop off & pick up your child promptly.
- Please notify us of any serious physical or medical problems your child may have.
- Please keep us updated on your current address and phone numbers.
- Gymini Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Bring valuable items at your own risk.
- When is tuition due?
- Tuition payments are due on the 25th of the month preceding classes; for example, tuition for September is due on August 25th. Tuition is considered late on the 1st business day of the month and a $15 late charge will be applied to your account. A $20 returned check fee (per check) or return direct draft will be charged to your account if your payment is returned to us.
- Is there a discount for multiple children enrolling in classes?
- Gymini Athletics offers a $10 discount per additional child that registers for classes. For example, a Preschool Playhouse class would be only $38 if a sibling attends any other Gymini class. *Please note: Gymini does not offer a sibling discount for students enrolled in our Mini Movers Class since the class is already offered at a discounted rate.
- What are the payment options?
- Auto draft of your account is our preferred method of payment. If you submit payment by check or cash, your payment must be received by the 1st of the month. Any payments made after the 1st of the month will require that future tuition payments be made via auto draft in order to remain in the program. In addition, if payment is not received by the 1st of the month, a $15 late fee will be charged to your account.
- What should my child wear to class?
- Children should dress comfortably for all classes. Cotton shorts or pants and a t-shirt are acceptable. Girls can wear leotards but they are not required. Please no shorts or pants with button waists and no jewelry. Longer hair should be pulled back.
- What if my account is not current at the end of the month?
- If your account is not current by the last working day of the month, your child will be dropped from the class. In order to re-enroll, all charges on the account must be paid and there must be an open slot still available in the class.
- What is the membership fee?
- Gymini Athletics charges each family one membership fee each year. This fee is due annually in May or during your first month of classes. The membership fee is $35.00. There is only one membership fee charged per family regardless of the number of children attending.
- Does Gymini offer a free trail class?
- Gymini currently offers a money back guarantee on the first week of all its classes. Before attending your first class, Gymini must collect a signed registration form and waiver for participation. We are confident you and your child will love the programs that we offer, however, if the class is not what you expect, you will not be charged for participating. If you love the class, tuition will be collected for the first class as well as the remaining month of tuition and the membership fee.
- What do I do if I feel my account charges are incorrect?
- If you feel your charges are incorrect, please see a Gymini office employee in order to make adjustments.
- What if my child misses class?
- Make-up classes are offered for missed classes however, holiday closings are not eligible for make-up classes. Make up classes can be scheduled through the schedule page of our website or by calling the office (615-824-4644).
- What if there is inclement weather?
- Gymini does not operate classes according to any specific school schedule. If there is inclement weather, there will be a message on the answering machine giving a status update on classes. The Gymini staff encourages you to use your best judgment regarding traveling to the gym in inclement weather.
- What if I do not see a class that meets my schedule?
- Gymini Athletics is constantly reviewing its schedule for possible new class times. If you do not see a class that meets your schedule please contact us via the contact us page on our website or by calling the office (615-824-4644) and let us know what you are looking for so we can keep it in mind as we continue to add classes.
- What do I need to do to withdraw from classes?
- If at some point you decide to end your enrollment with Gymini Athletics, you must fill out a withdrawal notice at least 30 days prior to your last day of classes. You will be responsible for the last 30 days of tuition costs regardless of your attendance.
